This Privacy Policy explains how Botwell LLC (“Botwell,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses and protects information when you visit our website, request a free audit or use our services. Botwell provides AI business automation services to small businesses.
Information we collect
- Information you give us: your name, business name, email address, phone number, business type, plan of interest, anything you tell us about your business, and whether you agreed to receive text messages.
- Payment information: if you buy a plan online, our payment processor, Stripe, collects your card and billing details. We receive your name, email, phone number, business name, plan and payment status, but never your full card number.
- Information collected automatically: basic technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, used to keep the site secure and working.
- Information from our clients’ customers: when a business uses Botwell, we process messages and contact details from that business’s customers on its behalf, only to provide our services to that business.

Text messages (SMS)
Our audit request form has two optional text message consent boxes. If you check the first box, you agree to receive non-marketing text messages from Botwell LLC about your free audit request and account updates. If you check the second box, you agree to receive marketing and promotional text messages from Botwell LLC, such as special offers and product updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
How we share information
- With service providers that help us run our business (such as hosting, payment processing, scheduling, CRM, email and messaging providers), under agreements that limit how they can use it.
- When required by law, or to protect the rights, property or safety of Botwell, our clients or others.
- As part of a business transfer, such as a merger or acquisition.
We do not sell your personal information.
